OSIG Scholarships

We are committed to supporting the educational pursuits of students across Oklahoma, and are proud to offer scholarships that assist deserving individuals in achieving their academic goals.
Qualifications
  • Students must be currently enrolled in an OSIG member school in good standing as of January 1.
  • The scholarship will be awarded annually to three graduating high school seniors from each quadrant (as classified by OSIG) in the state of Oklahoma.
  • High School addresses will be used in determining which quadrant the applicant is located in.

Scholarship Recipients

Scholarship will be awarded to the top three finalists from each quadrant. Award amounts will be divided among recipients.
  • Application Deadline: March 4, 2024

Application to OSIG

Application

Complete an application by filling out the form, and submitting the following items using the upload button to submit your application to OSIG.

  • Include copies of seven semester (grades 9-12) transcripts.
  • Three completed letters of recommendation from responsible adults. One letter written by a school employee on school letterhead.
  • Provide ACT/SAT test scores if they are not included in transcripts.
  • Complete a 750 word essay explaining your academic and/ or professional goals and how you will use this scholarship to help achieve your goals.
  • Provide a copy of acceptance letter(s) to college(s).
  • Both you and a representative of your school signatures.
  • Deadline to submit application online by March 4, 2024.

School Submission Requirements

  • Each school must screen and evaluate its own applicants based upon criteria set forth on the OSIG Scholarship Application Form.
  • Each member school district may submit only one entry for consideration.
  • The selection is based on academic excellence, leadership in school activities and/or work experience and community service.
  • Each applicant must be a graduating high school senior in good standing and must complete the OSIG Scholarship Application by application deadline.
